A comprehensive verbal report is given on-site immediately upon conclusion of the inspection. Detailed written reports, with photographs when deemed necessary, are provided by email generally the following work day. The report includes the following topics:
- structure
- electrical
- heating
- cooling
- plumbing
- walls/ceilings
- doors/windows
- roof
- gutters
- drainage
- exterior finish
- porches
- fireplace
- insulation
If present, appliances, pool/spa, and automatic lawn irrigation systems will be included as a courtesy.
The report will also specify limitations and recommendations.
A follow-up (re-inspection) on defects noted in the original report, can be provided for an additional fee.
